Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate; preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
• With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service.
• With good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision.
• Can work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
• Strong team player and able to adapt to different levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee life cycle events: hire, rehire, transfer/promotion, end of employment, Country Reassignment, and personal details update in SF & SAP.
• Execute self-assessment in accordance with business controls requirements.
• Performs system testing for improvements and updates to cater changes in legal and business requirements.
• Ensures generic mailbox management
• Ensures process documentation
• Initiate process improvements to increase efficiency
• Prepares manual payment, related to HR Admin in an accurate and timely manner
