Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Performance & Reward Expert III to design and deliver people solutions that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You will work on compensation programs, annual pay reviews, and incentive schemes, combining data analytics with people insights to drive equitable outcomes.

The role involves partnering with business leaders and HR partners to ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals, while supporting multiple growth

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, performance management, or related HR specialty.
• Experience supporting pay reviews, incentive programs, and job evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases and bonuses.
• Contribute to design and enhancement of compensation, benefits, incentive, and recognition programs.
• Support performance management policies and implementation activities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert guidance on rewards matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to HR framework and tool development and improvement.
• Provide reward support to multiple markets with knowledge of local contexts.
