Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Expert III to manage a broad range of employee relations matters, advise leaders, and ensure fair resolution in line with policies and labor regulations.

You will partner with Legal, HRBPs, and business leaders to handle investigations, disciplinary actions, and labor relations matters, contributing to a culture of integrity and respect.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Employee Relations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and due process.
• Experience handling disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution.
• Assess complaints, misconduct, policy violations, and disputes.
• Coordinate workplace investigations with stakeholders.
• Administer disciplinary processes with due process documentation.
• Facilitate grievance handling and conflict resolution initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, HR Business Partners, and leaders on labor relations.
• Represent the organization in labor and regulatory proceedings.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and labor regulations.
• Identify workplace risks and recommend mitigations.
• Prepare management reports and case summaries.
