Job summary

Prudential is seeking a data management and analytics professional in the Philippines to support agency incentives and compensation initiatives. The role collaborates with stakeholders to implement campaigns, oversee incentive appeals, and drive data-driven decisions for performance optimization.

You will supervise a Specialist 3 and manage end-to-end processes, including testing, governance, and reporting. Strong Excel skills, MS Office proficiency, and data storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in management or marketing or any business-related course. Degree in actuarial studies, statistics and mathematics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Incentive management, analysis, forecasting, and post-campaign reviews
• Evaluate agency performance and incentive effectiveness against defined success measures
• Support development of incentive targets, thresholds, and performance gates
• Prepare and maintain incentive launch and governance documents
• Develop dashboards and management reports to monitor incentive performance and trends
• Generate reports and provide analysis for sales, performance, and governance meetings
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on agency performance and incentive outcomes
• Analyze agency compensation results, trends, and drivers
• Maintain compensation dashboards and management reports
• Support compensation-related projects, including UAT, JIRA finalization, test scripting, and compensation validation activities
• Oversee appeals resolution and incentive revalidation management
• Manage incentive revalidation and disqualification processes
• Respond to incentive-related inquiries and provide analysis to support business decisions
• Assist in incentive communications and promotional materials
• Support design, launch, and evaluation of incentive initiatives
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
• Ensure adherence to policies and reporting requirements
