Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking a Benefits Support Analyst to join the Managed Benefits team remotely. You will analyze vendor data, prepare reports, and review invoices to ensure accurate benefits processing. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work with internal and external partners.

• Proficient with Excel formulas including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources.
• Perform payroll calculations using Excel formulas daily.
• Analyze vendor invoices for health, retirement and other benefits.
• Reconcile statements, enrollment data, and payroll deductions.
• Create reports/presentations communicating findings and insights.
• Present audits to clients during implementation.
• Assist internal team with audits and training.
• Collaborate with partners to identify data needs and solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy with quality control measures.
• Manage databases and data warehouses.
