Flywire, a global payments enablement and software company, seeks a RevOps Specialist - AI & Proposals to own the end-to-end proposal process across our global verticals. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams, craft responses, and ensure brand-aligned, high-quality submissions.

You’ll champion AI/Automation across the RFP lifecycle, optimize the Claude toolkit, scale content, and expand the RFP content library to speed responses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination/management, business operations, proposal writing, or other client-facing roles.
• Passion for leveraging AI/automation to transform work; familiarity with Claude or similar tools.
• Figure it out mentality; able to challenge assumptions and build processes from the ground up.
• Focused project management with ability to juggle multiple deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical skills with ability to derive insights from RFP trends and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end proposal process from RFP receipt to final submission, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring brand-aligned responses.
• Manage the RFP tracker, timelines, and workflows to ensure on-time delivery and clear visibility across proposals.
• Develop high-quality proposal content by understanding client requirements and linking Flywire's capabilities to client needs.
• Champion AI/Automation improvements across the RFP lifecycle; optimize Claude-based tools to scale content and reduce manual effort.
• Build and enhance the RFP content library and identify patterns to improve response strategy and efficiency.
