Responsibilities

• Own the pre-sales contract lifecycle and deal desk; perform light HubSpot administration to keep the revenue engine running.
• Hands-on Salesforce Admin for client projects; execute configuration tasks and support SFDC practice.
• PM for internal infra projects; support SOC2/ISO certification processes for a few hours weekly.
• Clarify requirements and add value across diverse internal and client-facing workstreams.
• Bridge HubSpot data and Salesforce to enable system synergy.
