ESCA Incorporated is hiring a BIM Modeler to create, manage, and deliver high-quality BIMs focused on MEPS engineering projects. You will convert 2D designs into detailed 3D Revit models and generate construction documents directly from models.
You will resolve multi-trade clashes using Navisworks/BIM 360, coordinate with disciplines, perform QA/QC, and present work to clients while supporting the BIM Manager on project tasks.
The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating, managing, and delivering high-quality, clash-free Building Information Models (BIM). This role focuses heavily on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary (MEPS) engineering projects.
Convert 2D design drawings into detailed, accurate 3D Revit models based on client-specified Levels of Development (LOD).
Generate clear construction documents and project drawings directly from 3D models.
Identify and resolve multi-trade clashes using Navisworks or BIM 360 to ensure conflict-free models.
Coordinate proactively with various engineering disciplines to streamline project delivery.
Perform thorough QA/QC checks on all models prior to submission to ensure strict compliance with client and industry standards.
Present and defend technical work directly to clients, efficiently addressing feedback and revision requests.
Support the BIM Manager with project coordination and other assigned tasks.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, ECE, Sanitary) or Architecture.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit within the AEC industry.
Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with BIM 360 is highly advantageous.
BIM Modeling certification is a major plus.
Strong ability to interpret complex technical design plans and work effectively within collaborative, fast-paced team environments.
