Job summary

VIATechnik is seeking a BIM Modeler to join our team in Metro Manila. You will develop and maintain accurate BIM models from drawings and specifications, converting 2D documents into coordinated 3D models and producing model-based deliverables for project coordination and field installation.

Responsibilities include model coordination, clash detection, RFIs, and ensuring adherence to BIM standards. A minimum of 2 years’ experience with Revit and Navisworks is preferred, along with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeler, BIM Technician, Revit Modeler, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks or other model coordination and clash detection software.
• Ability to interpret and understand construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation across multiple disciplines.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, modeling workflows, and construction coordination processes.
• Experience with architectural, structural, civil, or MEPF modeling is an advantage.
• Exposure to point cloud modeling and scan-to-BIM workflows is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct model quality checks and serve as the first level of quality assurance for assigned projects.
• Identify and escalate project risks related to quality, schedule, coordination, or productivity.
• Collaborate with project managers, BIM coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Stay current with BIM technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
