Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quota design.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and compensation/incentive proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design territory and quota models.
• Develop sales battlecards and objection-handling guides.
• Prepare pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.
• Plan go-to-market launches for new segments or products.
• Prepare win/loss analysis writeups and compensation plan proposals.
