We are seeking vps of learning and development with 4+ years designing corporate training to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and slide decks, with compensation of $70/hour, fully remote, 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
