Job summary

SOFRA, a family office with hotels, culture sites and real estate, is seeking a Revenue Manager to join remotely from the Philippines. SOFRA is a family office present in the fields of real estate, hospitality, as well as culture and tourism.

Its real estate branch is made up of small and medium-sized premises, totaling more than 33,000 m² of rental area, dealt to professionals.

Its subsidiary, the company Kléber Rossillon, makes the SOFRA group the second French private player in the management of historical and cultural sites. To date, the company manages 12 exceptional sites such as the Château de Castelnaud or the Musée de Montmartre, which represent 2.3 M visits per year.

Its hotel activity includes 25 hotels rated 2, 3, and 4 stars as well as 3 restaurants, which the Group manages directly.

To complete our hotel-restaurant team, we are looking for a Revenue Manager on a permanent contract. This is a remote job based in the Philippines.

You are passionate about the hospitality industry, having a vast experience on revenue management strategy, and measuring and analyzing effectiveness.

Job Summary:

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing total hotel revenue, profitability, and

market share across multiple SOFRA Hotels properties through strategic pricing, inventory

control, demand forecasting, distribution management, and performance analysis. The role

works closely with Sales, E com Marketing, and General Managers to develop and implement

revenue optimization strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to

consistently implement and manage revenue strategies across diverse hotel segments not

limited to business and leisure travelers and pursue these target segments in all distribution

channels.

• You have a bachelor's degree and vast experience in Revenue Management
• You have a good background sales channels and revenue pricing.
• You are keen on revenue marketing strategies and opportunities.
• You have a good knowledge of the main computer tools. Ideally, Excel is no secret to you.
• Rigorous, respectful of deadlines, autonomous.
• Fluent English is necessary.
• Notion in French is a plus.
