Nuvho | Smart Hoteliers is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join our team and work remotely from the Philippines, supporting our Australian market. You will analyse historical data, booking pace and market trends to drive optimal room revenue, ADR and RevPAR improvements across hotel clients.

You will collaborate with the Revenue Manager on forecasting, pricing, inventory control and distribution, while preparing regular performance reports and maintaining accurate rate information.

• Pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution knowledge.

• Prepare daily, monthly and ad-hoc revenue reports, including pick-up reports, forecast updates and performance analysis.
• Assist the Senior Revenue Manager with demand forecasting across the assigned portfolio of hotel clients.

• Execute pricing, rate distribution and inventory management processes across relevant systems and distribution channels.
• Monitor rates and inventory to identify discrepancies, resolve distribution issues and support revenue optimisation.
• Maintain accurate rates, room allocations and contracted allotments across relevant systems and wholesale distribution channels.
• Support the management of overbooking scenarios in line with client procedures and revenue management strategies.
• Assist with annual contracting processes, including contracted rates and room allotments.
• Maintain strong working relationships with GDS providers, system providers and distribution partners to ensure rates and inventory are loaded accurately and on time.
• Support End of Month reporting and revenue processes.
• Work closely with the Senior Revenue Manager to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, RevPAR and market share.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, Hotel Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to support commercial objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client properties, hotel products, distribution channels and relevant systems.
• Identify reporting discrepancies, investigate irregularities and recommend process improvements where appropriate.

We are currently expanding our Revenue team and are looking for a full-time Revenue Analyst to join us remotely within the Philippines. While we work with international hotel clients, this role is focused on supporting and growing our presence across the Australian market.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Revenue Analyst at Nuvho, you will play a key role in supporting revenue performance across our portfolio of hotel clients. You will analyse historical performance, booking trends, demand patterns and market data to help identify opportunities to increase room revenue, improve average daily rates and maximise profitability.

Working closely with the Revenue Manager, you will support forecasting, pricing, inventory management and distribution across multiple channels. You will also prepare regular performance reports, maintain accurate rate and inventory information, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of revenue management systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse historical performance, booking pace, pick-up, demand patterns and market trends to support revenue management decisions.
