Panglao Bay Premiere Parks & Resorts Corporation (South Palms Resort Panglao) is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee revenue management strategies and drive commercial performance for the resort.

You will analyze market trends, develop pricing strategies, forecast demand, and optimize room inventory and distribution channels to maximize revenue while maintaining operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the resort's revenue management strategies and commercial performance.
• Supports the management team in developing and implementing pricing strategies, forecasting demand, analyzing market trends, and optimizing room inventory and distribution channels to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitors key performance indicators, identifies market opportunities, and drives strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Proven revenue management experience in a 4-5-star resort or hotel is required.
