Job summary

Just Simply Marketing is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. You will coach and develop Sales Lead Generations Specialists, set quotas, and refine strategies to improve conversions across outbound calls, demos, and presentations.

You will recruit, onboard, and train staff, monitor pipeline health, and report performance to leadership while staying ahead of market trends and maintaining CRM integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales leadership or team lead role, preferably in the Business, Coaching, or Fitness industry.
• Track record of personally closing deals and coaching others to do the same.
• Strong experience in customer service and phone-based sales, with the ability to model best practices for the team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Confident leading outbound sales efforts and holding a team accountable to appointment-setting and closing targets.
• Skilled at building rapport and long-term relationships with clients and direct reports.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and multiple communication platforms.
• Experience using or quick learner of tools like Monday.com, GoHighLevel, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Lead Generation Specialists to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Set individual and team sales quotas, and track performance against revenue goals.
• Develop and refine sales strategies, scripts, and processes to improve conversion rates across outbound calls, presentations, and demos.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales specialists, ensuring they're equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, call reviews, and coaching sessions to support skill development and accountability.
• Monitor pipeline health and CRM data to identify bottlenecks, forecast revenue, and report performance to leadership.
• Handle escalated client negotiations and high-value deals alongside or on behalf of the sales team.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities and refine positioning.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, client success, and operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from lead generation to onboarding.
• Maintain and improve CRM processes, ensuring accurate, consistent record-keeping across the team.
