RingCentral is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead a team building and scaling the revenue data mart that powers finance, sales, and executive reporting. You will define technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and Product to meet business needs for accuracy and timeliness.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in data engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with Hadoop, Oracle, Snowflake, AWS S3 and PostgreSQL.
• Proven data mart/warehouse development for finance or revenue use cases.
• Strong ETL/ELT, data modeling, and orchestration knowledge.
• SQL tuning and large-scale data processing expertise.
• Python for data pipelines and automation.
• Experience with cloud data architecture and cost optimization on AWS.
• Excellent stakeholder management across a matrix of teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a data engineering team from junior to senior levels.
• Own strategy and roadmap for the revenue data mart and related reporting.
• Architect data pipelines across Hadoop, Oracle, Snowflake, AWS S3, and PostgreSQL.
• Ensure data integration with Marketo, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite.
• Partner with BI to enable Tableau and Sigma reporting.
• Apply ML/AI concepts to improve reliability and insights.
• Enforce data governance, security, and SOX considerations.
• Drive CI/CD and data quality/observability practices.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery and stakeholder communication.
