RingCentral is seeking an FP&A Manager to support the Professional Services organization. You will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting, focusing on COGS drivers such as labor and partner delivery, as well as headcount planning.

This role collaborates with PS Delivery, PMO, Accounting, and Finance Systems to ensure accurate numbers and actionable insights. Expected to build driver-based COGS models, contribute to monthly close, and provide executive-ready analyses and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5-8 years FP&A experience with ownership of a business unit or revenue-generating function.
• Experience preparing monthly and quarterly P&L and headcount reporting with close commentary.
• Hands-on PO processes through month-end close and accruals forecasting.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented thinker.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget and rolling forecast for Professional Services cost of goods sold (COGS) focusing on Labor, Partner Delivery Fees, and Loss Contract Accruals.
• Build and maintain driver-based COGS forecast models covering labor, partners, and accruals.
• Identify drivers of forecast-to-actual variance and develop corrective models.
• Assist with services revenue modeling and forecasting activities beyond COGS forecasting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly P&L and headcount reporting with executive-ready analysis.
• Create dashboards tracking COGS by category, margin, utilization, and headcount.
• Translate financial data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
