Job summary

RingCentral is seeking an experienced GTM Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decisions across our sales and go-to-market functions in the Philippines. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead analytics initiatives, clean and model large data sets, and build automated dashboards to improve performance.

The role requires strong SQL, data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI), experience with Snowflake/Hadoop, and familiarity with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and preferably Snowflake, Hadoop.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI, Sigma.
• Experience with AI Tools (e.g., Claude, Chat GPT).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM software Salesforce and familiarity with Sales Pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize processes and improve performance.
• Explore, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources, and work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure.
• Present findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead analytics projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.
