MGEN Thermal Energy Inc. is seeking a Revenue Analyst to transform customer, metering, billing, tariff, and financial data into reliable analyses for management review.

The role emphasizes data extraction, validation, trend analysis, leakage detection, and clear, viewer-friendly dashboards and reports. You will escalate data gaps and anomalies to the Senior Revenue Officer and contribute to ongoing assurance activities, ensuring accuracy and audit-ready documentation across dashboards and issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2–5 years in revenue analytics, financial analysis, data validation or management reporting.
• Experience in benchmarking, reconciliation and auditing analytics is advantageous.
• Training or certification in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extract, compile, reconcile, and validate customer, meter, billing, tariff, revenue, AR and financial data.
• Prepare trend analyses, rate-volume-mix summaries, and variance explanations for management reports.
• Run anomaly checks and leakage analytics; highlight unusual patterns for review.
• Support bill simulations, tariff testing, and before-and-after analyses for changes.
• Maintain dashboards, data dictionaries, and recurring reporting with clear data sources.
• Update control evidence, issue trackers, and data quality records for audit readiness.
• Apply structured analysis to isolate drivers and validate conclusions, communicating findings clearly.
• Present findings with traceability and transparent limitations to stakeholders.
