Job summary

MGEN Thermal Energy Inc. is seeking a Revenue Analyst in Manila to convert diverse data into reliable revenue insights. You will validate data, run trend analyses, monitor anomalies, and support billing and tariff testing to inform management decisions.

You will maintain dashboards, data dictionaries, and issue trackers, escalating unresolved items to the Revenue Assurance Head as needed. Strong Excel and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in revenue analytics, financial analysis, data validation, billing analytics, or management reporting.
• Experience in utilities, power, or shared services is an advantage.
• Training or certification in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or data analytics is advantageous.
• Ability to escalate issues and maintain issue trackers and evidence files.

Responsibilities

• Extract, reconcile, and validate revenue-related data sets for accuracy.
• Prepare trend analyses, rate-volume-mix summaries and variance explanations.
• Monitor leakage and anomalies; raise unusual patterns for review.
• Support bill simulations, tariff testing, rate mapping, and before-and-after analyses.
• Maintain dashboards, data dictionaries, and recurring management reporting inputs.
• Update issue logs, recovery trackers, and evidence files; coordinate follow-ups.
