Job summary

First Gen Corporation is seeking a Sales Contract Administration professional to validate and bill for Steam, Electricity and Power products. You will maintain BCQ declarations, coordinate with the Trading Team, and ensure timely payments to suppliers to avoid penalties.

The role involves managing the Automated Billing System (ABS), generating routine reports, and supporting data analysis for decision-making. A strong background in energy contract billing is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business or Engineering course.
• At least 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with BCQ declarations and billing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Validate and prepare customer billings based on BCQ and metered data.
• Prepare payments to suppliers to avoid penalties and ensure timely settlement.
• Establish internal BCQ declaration and billing protocols with the Trading Team.
• Prepare periodic reports (PSA/NSCB, DOE, ERC, TransCo, etc.).
• Manage ABS as the primary billing tool and develop related spreadsheets and analyses.
• Support budgeting and branding in invoices as part of month-end close.
