Responsibilities

• Process Returns: Handle incoming product returns by accurately processing paperwork and verifying product condition.
• Customer Communication: Address customer queries and concerns regarding returns or exchanges, providing excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management: Accurately record and update inventory levels for returned merchandise, ensuring it's returned to stock if usable.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare and manage documentation for returned goods and maintain a detailed database of all product returns.
• Quality Control: Inspect returned products to determine if they are damaged or non-saleable.
• Adherence to Policy: Ensure all returns and exchanges comply with the company's established policies and procedures.
