Job summary

Lanbena Philippines Inc. is seeking a returns analyst to examine returned items from platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada. The role involves inspecting items, identifying defects, and determining root causes to inform improvement actions.

You will maintain detailed logs of return reasons, generate summaries and reports, and collaborate with inventory management to ensure accurate recording and tracking of returned stock. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of returned items acquired from Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and other relevant online shopping platforms.
• Identify defects and assess the nature and extent of problems present in returned products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose effective solutions to address identified issues and prevent future returns.
• Maintain a detailed and organized log of reasons for product returns, utilizing this information to identify trends and patterns.
• Generate regular reports summarizing return item findings, including defect analysis, root causes, and recommended solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the inventory management team to ensure that all returned items are accurately recorded and tracked within the system.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
