Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila seeks a Process Trainer – Retirement Services to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs ensuring staff proficiency in retirement processes, compliance, client expectations, and quality standards.

You will train new hires and tenured employees, develop materials and e-learning content, and monitor performance to drive continuous learning and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, HR, education, or finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in training or operations within Retirement Services, Financial Services, BPO, or Shared Services.
• Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire, refresher, and upskilling training for Retirement Services.
• Develop and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning content.
• Conduct training needs analyses based on business requirements and performance metrics.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended sessions.
• Assess trainee performance through checks, simulations, and assessments.
• Monitor progress and provide coaching to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and SMEs to keep content current.
• Support policy updates, system changes, and client-driven initiatives.
