Job summary

EXL is hiring at MOA, Pasay for a retirement planning advisor with FINRA Series 6 or 7 license. The role requires at least 1 year of BPO experience and strong customer service skills to explain retirement products such as IRAs and 401(k)s.

You will handle retirement transactions, maintain records, and work in a fast-paced on-site call center. Competitive ₱70,000 salary package plus a ₱100,000 sign-on bonus and Day 1 HMO are offered.

Qualifications

• At least a year of BPO experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retirement products (IRAs, 401(k)s).
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide retirement planning guidance to customers.
• Assist with retirement account selections (IRAs, 401(k)s).
• Process retirement transactions per FINRA rules.
• Address customer inquiries about retirement products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Educate customers on retirement planning strategies.
