Job summary

EXL in Northgate, Alabang, is seeking a retirement planning advisor. The role requires a FINRA Series 6 or 7 license, at least 1 year of BPO experience, and strong English communication. You will guide customers on retirement accounts (IRAs, 401(k)s) and process related transactions, all while ensuring regulatory compliance.

HS diploma minimum with finance degree preferred; on-site role with Day 1 HMO coverage and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication and customer service skills for financial advisory roles.
• Minimum 1 year BPO experience is required.
• Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 license is required.
• Experience with retirement planning products (IRAs, 401(k)s) and related investments.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and financial software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert retirement planning guidance to customers and assess their financial goals.
• Assist customers with retirement account selections (IRAs, 401(k)s, etc.).
• Process retirement-related transactions per FINRA regulations and company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and manage account-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Educate customers on retirement strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve retirement-related issues.
