Metacom Careers is seeking a FINRA Series 6/26 licensed professional for an on-site role in Pasay. The ideal candidate will provide exemplary service to clients, assist with account-opening processes, and educate clients on FINRA-compliant investment options. A background in BPO and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: Senior High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
• License required: FINRA Series 6 and/or Series 26.
• Strong English language skills and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding investment products.
• Assist clients with account opening and maintenance processes.
• Educate clients on investment options and financial products compliant with FINRA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
