Zusammenfassung

EXL is hiring a retirement planning advisor to provide expert guidance to customers on retirement accounts and investment options. You will help clients select IRAs and 401(k) plans, process related transactions, and ensure compliance with FINRA rules.

The role requires a FINRA Series 6 or 7 license and at least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience. This is an on-site position in Northgate, Alabang with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of BPO or customer service experience required.
• Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 license required.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert retirement planning guidance to customers and assess their goals.
• Assist customers with retirement account selections (IRAs, 401(k), etc.).
• Process retirement transactions per FINRA regulations and policy.
• Address inquiries regarding retirement products and account management.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Educate customers on retirement planning strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex retirement issues.
• Stay updated on regulatory updates and product developments.
• Meet performance targets and quality standards.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Senior High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
• At least a year of BPO experience is required
• Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 License (required)
• Proven experience in retirement planning, financial advisory, or customer service within the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of retirement products, including IRAs, 401(k)s, and other retirement investment vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and financial software platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically
• Commitment to compliance and understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred
• Complete SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN requirements
• Willing to work on-site in Northgate, Alabang

• Provide expert retirement planning advice and guidance to customers, assessing their financial situations and retirement goals
• Assist customers with retirement account selections, including IRAs, 401(k)s, and other retirement investment
• Process retirement related transactions in accordance with FINRA regulations and company policies
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding retirement products, services, and account management
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Educate customers on retirement planning strategies, investment options, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex retirement-related issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Stay updated on industry changes, regulatory updates, and product developments relevant to retirement services
• Meet performance targets and quality standards whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
