• FINRA Series 6 and 63 required within corporate timelines.
• 5+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry (sales, consulting, or account management).
• Experience in PEO, PEP, or MEP markets preferred.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting production goals.
• Deliver professional client presentations to business owners and C-suite.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new retirement plan adoption through a structured, consultative sales process.
• Meet or exceed defined production metrics including sales volume and pipeline activity.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline with timely progression.
• Assess prospective clients' structure and retirement plan objectives.
• Present plan designs and pricing comparisons clearly to clients.
• Provide ongoing consultation for plan amendments and optimization opportunities.
