You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, drive sales origination and pipeline development, and mentor teams while guiding delivery of engagements across strategy, operations, and technology.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Retail, Consulting, or Transformation leadership.
• Strong understanding of Retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, digital commerce, or customer experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and managing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail-focused transformation initiatives and deliver value.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive sales origination, pipeline development, and account growth.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery of consulting engagements and ensure successful client outcomes.
• Mentor teams and contribute to capability development within the Retail practice.
