Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Retail, Consulting, or Transformation leadership.
• Strong understanding of Retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, digital commerce, or customer experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and managing executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated business development and sales leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
