Job summary

Accenture in Manila is seeking an experienced Retail Lead (Senior Manager) to help clients navigate complex business challenges and unlock growth opportunities across the Retail industry. This role blends industry expertise with transformation leadership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, drive sales origination and pipeline development, and mentor teams while guiding delivery of engagements across strategy, operations, and technology.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Retail, Consulting, or Transformation leadership.
• Strong understanding of Retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, digital commerce, or customer experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and managing executive stakeholders.
