Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Retail Station Support Officer to oversee the Stations Support Services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of support functions to gas stations in Metro Manila.

You will supervise Cash Management, Procurement, and Workforce Support, coordinate with stations, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while coaching team members to foster growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in retail or shared services.
• Experience supervising Cash Management, Procurement, Workforce Administration, or related functions.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

• Coordinate with station personnel and cross-functional departments to address operational concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when service targets are not achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and streamline support operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and foster professional growth.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management regarding team performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in retail operations, shared services, or administrative support, preferably within the fuel, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Experience in supervising teams handling Cash Management, Procurement, Workforce Administration, or related support functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using ERP systems or other business management software is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and operational processes.
