Job description

Objective: To oversee Station operations by ensuring compliance, improving sales performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective support and supervision

Responsibilities:

SALES AND MARKETING

• Volume Compliance
• Price Request
• Sales Order Payment and Approval monitoring
• Product Delivery or Pull Out Monitoring
• Competitors Check and Pump price Validation
• Recommend Station Promo
• Station and Dealer's visit as needed
• Attend to Station opening as needed

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

• Monitor product delivery status
• Oversee Station stock level inventory and recommend schedule of ordering (COCO and CODO)

REPORTS

• Daily Accomplishment Report
• Month end report (Target vs. Actual)
• Station/Dealer's Visit Report

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
• With at least 1 to 2 years work experience as Retail Specialist/Area Sales Sup
• Good communication skills.
• Has the ability to lead and can easily adapt in a fast paced working environment.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in Fuel Petroleum Industry
