Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. is looking for a Gas Station Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Laguna location.

You will supervise, train, and monitor station staff and cashiers while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and safety procedures. The role requires 2-5 years of supervisory experience in gas station or retail settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

About the role

Oversee the daily operations of the gas station, supervising and training station staff and cashiers while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the gas station
• Supervise, train, and monitor station staff and cashiers
• Monitor fuel sales, store sales, cash collections, and daily reports
• Ensure proper fuel inventory and stock monitoring
• Maintain excellent customer service and address customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards
• Monitor employee attendance, schedules, and performance
• Coordinate with management regarding sales, operational concerns, and station performance
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper station presentation
• Assist in achieving sales and operational targets

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in gas station, retail, convenience store, food service, or other multi-branch operations
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be deployed to assigned gas station locations
