Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Retail Station Support Officer to oversee the Stations Support Services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of support functions to gas stations in Metro Manila.

You will supervise Cash Management, Procurement, and Workforce Support, coordinate with stations, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while coaching team members to foster growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in retail or shared services.
• Experience supervising Cash Management, Procurement, Workforce Administration, or related functions.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Stations Support Services team.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of support services for gas station operations.
• Lead and monitor Cash Management, Procurement, and Workforce Support teams.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review reports, transactions, and documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with station personnel and cross-functional departments.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets are missed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
• Support new policies, systems, and projects related to retail station support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
