Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead store sales and daily operations in Asuncion, Davao Del Norte. You will set up displays, manage staff performance, and ensure a clean, compliant store environment while delivering customer service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English. Prior merchandising and leadership experience are highly valued for driving store growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in any field.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Experience in sales and merchandising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ and Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
