MR DIY Philippines is hiring a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Sto. Tomas, Davao Del Norte. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, organize displays, coach staff, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain store standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in retail, with the ability to lead a diverse team and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years in the Retail industry.
• Strong leadership, people management and merchandising skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and growth targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure standards.
• Maintain clean and organized store environment.
• Coach and supervise staff; recruit and train as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and SOPs.
• Report sales, staffing, and activities to HQ and superior.
