Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Required languages: Filipino and English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years' experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, and coach employees; monitor job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order necessary items.
• Complete and report sales and hiring updates to HQ.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
