Job summary

mr-diy Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive sales growth and ensure smooth daily operations at the Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur location. You will set up displays, oversee merchandising, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in retail, and strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills. This position requires working on-site at Sta. Cruz, with a focus on compliance and safe store practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Filipino and English are required languages.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail.
• Supervisor/5+ yrs experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to work in Sta. Cruz, Davao Del Sur.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior.
