Job summary

Robinsons Department Store in Metro Manila is seeking a Store Planning Specialist to shape new stores and renovations through design and project planning.

You will handle working plans, coordinate with engineers and suppliers, monitor deliveries, and participate in weekly construction meetings to provide accurate progress reports and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Office Duties: Prepares clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detailed drawings of new Stores and renovations.
• Office Duties: Prepares purchase requisition, fixtures and equipment of an assigned project and monitors that such are all delivered on time and properly.
• Office Duties: Prepares complete bid documents and ensures that they are completely distributed prior to pre-bid conferences.
• Office Duties: Assists in the review of concessionaire/tenants design proposals and ensures if the standard design guidelines are being followed prior approval of the Manager.
