Job summary

Robinsons Handyman Inc is seeking a Planogram | Retail Space Planner to develop and maintain planograms that optimize product presentation and space usage across retail stores. You will align visual merchandising with sales goals and brand standards, collaborating with merchandising, buying and store ops teams to deliver effective shelf layouts.

The role requires 1–2 years in merchandising or space planning, proficiency with planogram software, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years of merchandising, space planning or planogram development experience in retail.
Proficient in planogram or space planning software (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder, Spaceman, AutoCAD).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret sales and space data.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in layout planning and implementation.
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain planograms for various product categories using planogram software.
Analyze sales data and space productivity to suggest layout improvements and placements.
Coordinate with merchandising and buying teams to implement new planograms on time.
Ensure planograms reflect category management, marketing strategies, promotions, and seasonal changes.
Support store teams in understanding and executing planograms accurately.
Monitor planogram compliance across branches and provide feedback or corrective action.
Assist in store visits or audits to evaluate planogram effectiveness.
Maintain a planogram database and documentation for reference and history.
Stay updated with retail merchandising trends to enhance layout effectiveness and customer engagement.
