Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket Corporation in Manila seeks a Store Manager to lead a team and drive sales and profitability in the assigned area. You will monitor stock, delivery concerns, and daily consolidated sales sent to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include weekly KPI reporting, spot checks on cash handling and digital wallets, SOE twice monthly, petty cash replenishments, and regular reviews of profitability with FCs.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Store Personnel in achieving the sales and profitability of his/her assigned area.
• Daily sending of consolidated sales per area to Operations Manager
• Monitoring OOS and delivery concerns
• Weekly sending of KPI reports (every Friday), includes: Justification for declining sales, Promotions in-store executions, FM repairs follow-up, Weekly concerns to other departments
• SOE twice a month with discussion of findings and improvements to Store Supervisors
• Submit Petty Cash Fund replenishments as needed
• Validation of TPSP & EAMS approval every cut-off
• Discussion of Profitability Report every month
• Oversee CVS and RTE inventory every quarter
• Monthly cross audit
• Quarterly Business Review with the FCs including review of monthly FC E-Reports
• Quarterly Business Review of DR store performance including monthly sales and profitability analyses
• Attending customer complaints
• Processing of PCFRS for reimbursements to stores
• Assist Store Supervisors in reconciliation of variance reports every inventory count result
• Conduct merchandise review and category sales analysis
• Request deployment of manpower to stores coming from TPM (Third Party Manpower)
• Willing to be assigned in Uncle John's Manila Area
