The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and inventory efficiency by coordinating with Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal store availability and timely product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and forecasting activities, driving forecast accuracy and alignment with financial plans and KPIs.
• Manage new product launches with store-level inventory targets and ensuring stock availability ahead of launch dates.
• Oversee purchase orders and supply coordination, monitoring supplier service levels and delivery performance.
• Optimize inventory to support store fill rates and manage excess or slow-moving stock.
• Collaborate with vendors through forecast sharing, promotions alignment, and joint planning to improve product availability.
