SM Affiliate: International Toyworld, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor for SM Mall of Asia. You will assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and deliver efficient customer service, while leading the sales team to meet targets.

The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards, managing inventories, and promoting additional sales opportunities through attentive floor presence and staff coaching.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years supervisory experience in store operations, inventory, customer, or sales management.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain service standards.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Experience with cash handling and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations and customer service excellence.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and service standards consistently.
• Promote and suggest relevant items to create additional sales opportunities.
• Attend store meetings and trainings to develop skills aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain adherence to policies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Spend substantial time on the selling floor assisting customers and guiding staff.
• Support inventory management, pricing, receiving, and stock transfers as required.
• Organize staff schedules and motivate retail sales staff to hit targets.
• Ensure subordinates comply with uniform and grooming policies.
