Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 3+ years' store and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales plan for branch(es) through product assortment and marketing opportunities.
• Plan marketing strategies, merchandise arrangement, and staffing for sales events.
• Monitor branch sales performance and coordinate with Store Managers.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for branches.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are implemented.
• Organize training for store staff on policies.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are functioning and conduct regular store visits.
• Oversee ageing policy, inventory, and stock movement across stores.
