Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in retail/commercial construction fit-outs preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Plan and launch projects with feasible timelines and budgets.
• Select vendors, evaluate bids, and contract with subcontractors.
• Coordinate design with architects and construction teams.
• Define scope of work and clarify responsibilities in agreements.
• Oversee procurement of fixtures and materials for openings.
• Monitor milestones and direct site supervisors; manage recoveries.
• Resolve issues, negotiate solutions with clients and vendors.
• Facilitate communications between construction team and mall management.
• Track external costs to adhere to the budget; manage invoicing and payments.
• Report to upper management and coordinate with departments.
