Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Remote Construction Project Manager (Retail Store Openings) to oversee multiple U.S. store openings from Clark Outsourcing in the Philippines. You will coordinate designers, contractors, landlords, and vendors to deliver openings on time and within budget.

You will manage schedules, bids, permits, and procurement, conducting weekly status updates and leading contractor calls in English. This role requires strong organizational skills and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction or project management experience on U.S. commercial interiors.
• Experience managing several projects at once against hard deadlines.
• Strong reading of construction drawings and ability to compare design vs quotes.

Responsibilities

• Run the build schedule for each store from lease handover to turnover and opening.
• Bid and manage general contractors; collect quotes and track change orders.
• Coordinate landlord/mall requirements and sign reviews; ensure permits and inspections.
• Track permits and close out items from inspectors; manage deliveries and lead times.
• Own store budgets and flag overruns; process vendor invoices in AP system.
• Post weekly status updates in Asana/Slack; lead calls with contractors and vendors.
