Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year business degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent selling, customer service, and management skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and business orientation.
• Experience in retail or fast-food operations preferred.
• Willing to work on holidays and weekends.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full branch operations and supervise cashiers, sales staff, and others.
• Ensure accurate promotions and maintain store standards and visuals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Recruit, coach, discipline, and train staff.
• Evaluate performance and staff development.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness; ensure policy compliance.
• Motivate retail staff to meet sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high service levels.
• Provide insights on buying trends and market opportunities.
• Conduct performance appraisals and plan career paths.
• Resolve staff or customer issues promptly.
