Job summary

BukuPay, the payments arm of BukuWarung, is building the Philippine market from the ground up with high visibility and ownership. You will lead a retail sales team, coach, and craft weekly and monthly plans to drive product sales while expanding the merchant base across the country.

You’ll travel extensively, oversee field activities, attend merchant visits and demonstrations, and report on performance while shaping BukuPay’s go-to-market in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail or field sales with leadership or supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to hit individual and team targets.
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans to drive product sales.
• Oversee merchant visits, product demos, and field activities to ensure market coverage.
• Monitor performance through sales reports, KPI tracking, and regular coaching.
